This page explains how Build With Me Ghana expects this control to work on the platform. It is written as operational guidance for customers, providers, and support teams.
Listing integrity
- Vendors must list only products, properties, documents, services, prices, quantities, locations, images, and availability details they can stand behind.
- Misleading titles, fake verification claims, manipulated images, hidden charges, duplicate listings, or false stock declarations are not acceptable.
Platform conduct
- Vendors should communicate through platform-approved channels where the transaction is platform-managed.
- Vendors must not pressure customers to pay outside the platform for items or services initiated on the platform.
- Vendors should respond to admin, customer, fulfilment, and verification requests within reasonable operational timelines.
Fulfilment and service quality
- Physical goods must be prepared, stored, released, picked up, or delivered according to the selected fulfilment option.
- Service providers must upload required progress evidence and completion documents where the workflow requires it.
- Professionals should only accept work they are qualified and available to perform.
Documents and compliance
- Any uploaded business registration, land document, completion evidence, guarantor approval, vehicle information, professional credential, or identity evidence must be genuine and current.
- Build With Me may reject, suspend, deactivate, or escalate a vendor account if document fraud, customer harm, fulfilment failure, or policy breach is suspected.
Disputes
- Vendors are expected to cooperate with support and admin review during disputes. Non-cooperation can affect escrow release, payout timing, role verification, and continued access to provider tools.
