Provider Operations

Provider Verification

This page explains how Build With Me Ghana expects this control to work on the platform. It is written as operational guidance for customers, providers, and support teams.

Who needs verification

  • Service providers such as land owners, real estate agents, architects, quantity surveyors, manufacturers, collection points, delivery professionals, artisans, finance houses, unique contract providers, developers, and Home Essentials vendors may require admin verification before performing provider functions.
  • A normal customer can request additional provider roles from Dashboard > My Service Roles without creating a second account.

Identity and role checks

  • Each user account requires one email and one Ghana Card identity.
  • The platform may request Ghana Card details, live selfie, business name, registration number, registration document, profile details, location, vehicle details, professional evidence, or portfolio evidence depending on the role.
  • Business-type roles such as manufacturers, collection points, finance houses, and Home Essentials vendors require business evidence before approval.

Admin approval flow

  • A submitted role remains pending until admin reviews the evidence.
  • If approved, the provider menus and role-specific tools become available in the dashboard.
  • If rejected, the user is notified and can correct the issue or contact support where appropriate.

Ongoing controls

  • Verification can be reviewed again if there are complaints, policy breaches, suspicious transactions, document problems, or operational risk.
  • Build With Me may suspend or deactivate a provider role while a dispute, investigation, or compliance review is pending.
